"Wow, I do need a new
attorney I
guess.
Actually what we had looked was using a surface protection film as a
full-body
wrap on electronic devices. I can see that using the film in a
rectangular
shape to cover the LCD screen is where your Intellectual property
rights lie.
I'll check with an attorney to see if that will offer protection
against the
full-body kits that I sell. I also see that it is explained in your
patent that
the cover is meant to protect the screen until the cover itself wears
out and needs
replacing. My product differs a little, in that it is meant to be
permanently attatched. Again, I'll check on this as well.
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. This business is my
livelihood, and I
hope we can figure out a fair resolution to this matter.
Sincerely,
John Burdick"

Hi there,
My name is John Burdick, and I am the owner of Protech Invisible
Protection. I
have just been informed that all my listings were removed from eBay
because of
a Patent Violation. I have a patent attorney, and he has assured me
that there
is no patent for this type of product, and that it's unlikely that any
patents
will ever be granted for any type of screen protection.
Please contact me as soon as possible so that we may sort this out. My
phone
number is 801-556-2710 if you'd like to have your patent attorney get
in touch
with me.
Sincerely,
John Burdick"
